This is happening just across the street from Alliance Metals. A customer urinates openly while leaving his shopping cart in the middle of the street. This happens everyday. Less frequent, but also an occurance, is public defecation. Where is Alliance's Security guard? Alliance's efforts (if any) fall far short. We need a better neighbor than this. It's not only disgusting but a health issue.
