...asking Alliance's Customers not to leave their trash behind. Alliance Customers will loiter in front of our homes. Drinking, eating, smoking crack, urinating...and even defecating. In their wake they will leave behind potato chip bags, candy wrappers, beer cans, whiskey bottles, unwanted clothes...and items that they thought Alliance would recycle but won't.
