This stuff is left behind by Alliance Customers on a daily basis. Jay is aware of the problem (and has been for years) but refuses to do anything about it. He continues to accept stolen recycling in stolen shopping carts and recycling bins (which are then dumped in our neighborhood). He refuses to ban misbehaving and disrespectful customers (who continue to raid our recycling bins and trash our neighborhood). Jay continues to offer cash (which in turn is used for drugs and alcohol consumed in front of our homes) instead of issuing vouchers to be redeemed for food elsewhere. Basically, Alliance is as disrespectful and as bad a neighbor as a community can have.
