Dangerous Freeway On-Ramp...

Oh, look...more Christmas trees. This is the West-bound on-ramp to I-80. Just a 100 or so feet from Alliance Metals. Some of Alliance customers have decided to set up camp (they set up camp all around Alliance)...

I wonder if that's my neighbor's recycling bin...someone stole it the other day. If you live near Alliance, expect to have to have your garbage and recycling bins stolen on a regular basis...

An Alliance Christmas...

I guess these Alliance customers decided they weren't interested in these trees and just abandoned them (and the carts they've stolen to move them).

Oh, look...there's Alliance Metals in the background. Alliance customers dump all sorts of stuff all around Alliance (and our homes).

Alliance's Waiting Room...

Across from Alliance Metals, customers loiter. Being loud. Sometimes arguing or fighting. Drinking openly. Sometimes even doing drugs openly (...if they are too lazy to go around the corner). Some will urinate on the street...between cars...or on nearby homes. The place is littered with all sorts of crap. Alliance sometimes cleans things up...but mostly doesn't. This park is not a pretty place to be when Alliance customers are there...or after they've left their mess.

Alliance Customer Buying Drugs from a Dealer Across from a School...

This customer stops to by drugs (shopping cart behind the green bin)...

Drug Dealers Hanging Out in Across from Alliance...

Blight Next to and Around Alliance...

And around our homes...

A Lady Customer Buys Drugs after Visiting Alliance Metals...

Watch this customer leaving Alliance Metals and wheeling her cart down 34th street...

She stops at the corner of Magnolia street...

Notice the abandoned shopping cart and recycling bin (a typical site all around Alliance)...

She leaves her cart at the corner to meet her dealer...

Behind Alliance Metals the drug deal takes place...

Before the dealer can walk away (behind her) she's smoking her dope...

Drugs financed by Alliance Metals (the dealer, in the background, still walking away)...

She comes back and gets her cart and walks away...

We're lucky that she doesn't hang out here like a lot of other Alliance customers do after getting money from stolen recycling to buy junk food, alcohol and drugs. Littering in front of our homes...urinating...even defecating.

Drug Deals and Use Behind Alliance Metals...

This multi-purpose area behind Alliance Metals is not only used as a public restroom but also as an area to buy and sell drugs. This Alliance Customer spends his recycling money to purchase drugs. (In the last two photos) you can see him moving from the middle of the street to "hide" next to Alliance Metals and sample the goods. Where are Alliance's security guards?

This "Stall" is Occupied...

This area behind Alliance is not fenced off and is a favorite bathroom spot. Despite numerous requests over the years from the community, this area remains an accessible area for Alliance's customer to "hide" while relieving themselves.

Monday Afternoon the Illegal Double-Parking Continues...

Monday Morning 10:45a...Illegal Double-Parking is Well Underway...

Notice the silver SUV in the first photo is blocking the handicap ramp. While trucks line up in the middle of the street. Alliance is too small to accomodate its own operations. Spilling out onto the neighborhood. Where are Alliance's employees that (according to its CUP) are suppose to stop this double-parking? If Alliance can't play by the rules maybe it should play at all.

Abandoned Bins Attract Other Bight...

This is on the 3100 block of Magnolia (and 32nd). Who knows where 818 [street name here] is located. Stolen by an Alliance Customer and dumped in our neighborhood. Which came first? The bins or the dumped funiture?

Alliance Customers Leave Behind a Mess...

Here are a sets of bins that Alliance Customers have rumage through, leaving stuff on the ground that ends up getting blow around the neighborhood by the wind.

And another set of bins with stuff dropped on the ground. Compliments of Alliance Metals.

Alliance also Attracts RV Campers...

It's not just abandon shopping carts and stolen recyling bins that litter our neighborhood. These RVs are drawn to Alliance Metal where you can see the owners of these RVs dumping their trash on the streets, urinating on the sidewalks (rather than paying for proper and sanitary camper hookups), making engine repairs and changing and dumping motor oil in the street gutters. If you walk around you can even find used motor oil containers laying about. And you'll also see Alliance Customers going in and out of these vehicles engaging in "short visits".
