...with Alliance's Customers. Blocking traffic, loitering and openly buying, using (and selling) drugs. These are typical scenes Monday through Saturday when Alliance is open for business. Come on a Sunday and it's a different world. A much better world (I must admit) that doesn't include having our rights to a decent quality of life walked all over. I'm sure Jay would not put up with this in his neighborhood.
