Another Alliance customer joins in on the drug fun...
All high and good to go, this Alliance customer goes on his merry way...
However, this customer decides to hang out and dope up some more. This is just kitty-corner from the Willie Key Recreation Center @ 32nd and Union streets...where neighborhood kids can witness this kind of illegal activities...and possibly join in as they get older.
