This bin has been sitting here for a week. Alliance was called about it several times. The bin is only 1/2 a block from Alliance (on 34th)...but it came from a mile away. You can see just how far from the address painted on the bin. Apparently painting your address on your bins does nothing to protect you from Alliance's customers. Nor does it guarantee that Alliance will return it to you.
