As mentioned elsewhere in this blog, Alliance does not have room to conduct its business entirely within their own facility. So, in addition to their customer lining up on our streets and sidewalks, they pull their trucks out of their own property and park them on our streets. You can sometimes see them making repairs (something not allowed by the City of Oakland).
The Pak'n'Save and Home Depot have parking lots for their customers and conduct business within their own property. Why shouldn't Alliance? Again, Alliance's business model relies on burdening a neighborhood.
