The streets around Alliance can get quite chaotic. With customers rolling their carts down the middle of the streets, some chit chatting, some arguing and fighting. Other customers double park, unload their recycling in the streets, on the sidewalks. People driving through have to be on the look out. Alliance's own trucks contribute to the chaos. Alliance does not have room to operate only within its facilities. Their business literally spills out on to the neighborhood streets.
