It's Friday morning and just like clock work, Alliance customers are out stealing recycling from neighborhood bins. Alliance knows about this but does nothing? Why, because Alliance makes a bundle ($10,000,000/yr). Where are their security guards that they claim patrol our neighborhood? This woman in particular, Alliance is aware of, and Alliance has yet to ban her from their facility. Again, it's all about money.
