Alliance attracts customers from all over and they like to hang out in the park across from Alliance...in effect the park has become Alliance's Waiting Room. You can see people here openly drinking alcohol and dropping trash (empty food wrappers and other stuff). Alliance claims to keep this park clean (but doesn't always). Walking around you will sometime find used condoms and drug needles. Not a great place for kids to play. Perhaps that's why there are no kids around. Hopefully the new City Slicker Farm will help change things.
