Looks like the "Broken Window" theory is true. A few days later, these recycling bins are now accompanied by a discarded mattress (on a shopping cart). If we can just get Alliance customers from dumping their bins, carts and other trash in our neighborhood then maybe we can get others to stop thinking it's OK to do so, too. If only Alliance would stop accepting recycling brought in via stolen recycling bins and shopping carts.
