It's a Daily Parade of Alliance Customers...

Alliance Customers parade down the streets of Dogtown and often times will be in the way of cars trying to navigate this obstacle course. Alliance Customers have no compunction about stopping in the middle of the street (blocking traffic) and arguing with each other or socializing and drinking visible cans of beer...or conducting some surreptitious transaction with sketchy looking cars.
