Alliance Metals' facility is toxic and...quite frankly...disgusting. Neighbors across the street (this is the gate on Magnolia) complain about the constant noise and smell. Alliance is suppose to keep their doors closed to help mitigate the noise (can't do much about the smells) but often times they just don't care what the neighbors think. These photos show just that. Residents on 34th Street have the same problem.
