Alliance is not suppose to allow their customers to unload "their" recycling on our streets or sidewalks...they're suppose to do this inside the facility. They're also not suppose to double-park (see the white Subaru Outback to the left of the blue truck unloading). In these photos you can see both...and see an Alliance employee casually walk by and do nothing.
