Before the dealer can walk away (behind her) she's smoking her dope...

She comes back and gets her cart and walks away...
We're lucky that she doesn't hang out here like a lot of other Alliance customers do after getting money from stolen recycling to buy junk food, alcohol and drugs. Littering in front of our homes...urinating...even defecating.
