Maybe Alliance should stop paying cash for recycling. Or, maybe, Alliance should discontinue its Walk-Up business. Or just allow LICENSED recyclers to do business with them. Does Alliance need the money that bad? Where is Alliance's moral compass?

Maybe Alliance should stop paying cash for recycling. Or, maybe, Alliance should discontinue its Walk-Up business. Or just allow LICENSED recyclers to do business with them. Does Alliance need the money that bad? Where is Alliance's moral compass?
