More to come...
Come back later to learn more about tresspassing, stealing, public urination (and defecation), the drug selling and drug use...and Alliance's role in all of this.
Two More Customers Abandoning a Recycling Bin...
These two customers were caught transfering bottles and cans to a shopping cart (Alliance is kitty corner, to the left). Having broken a few bottles on the ground, the one man was trying to clean up the glass (but probably only because he was being watched). Then when they were asked not to leave the bin, the one man simply wheeled it around the corner and left it there (claiming he was going to pick it up later).
Alliance also Uses these Stolen Shopping Carts...
Alliance also shares these stolen carts with their customers. Cars drive up and get a shopping cart from Alliance to load their bottles and cans. Other customers transfer bottles and cans from stolen recycling bins to these shopping carts...then abandon the recycling bins. Why does Alliance feel they can use these stolen shopping carts? Why doesn't Alliance collect stolen and abandoned recycling bins left on the streets around their facility?
Unlucky Residents Living Around the Corner from Alliance...
How Bad is the Shopping Cart Problem?...
Alliance collects hundreds of these stolen shopping carts daily/weekly. Stolen from nearby businesses and some from businesses a surprising distance further away. Alliance will collect these carts abandoned on their facility but if their customers abandons a cart in a park or in front of your home...tough luck.

Abandoned Shopping Carts Also Add to the Problem...
Abandoned Recycling Bins Blight the Neighborhood...
Sometimes entire contents of recycling bins (and garbage bins) are dumped and left on the streets and sidewalks so that these now empty bins can be used by Alliance's customer. Neighbors regularly report that their bins have been stolen and have to call Waste Management for replacement bins. Oddly enough, these same bins end up abandoned all throughout the neighbor.
Weekly Raiding of Recycling Bins..
Alliance's customers (with a sense of entitlement) rumage through the recycling bins of the local residents, stealing bottles and cans...that could provide a source of revenue for our struggling city budgets. Items not deemed valuable by Alliance's customers are often times left on the ground, littering the streets and the front yards of our homes.
