Alliance Customer Urinating in the Street...

Amidst the abandoned recycling bins, an Alliance customer thinks it's OK to urinate on our sidewalks. 

Nice urine spot.  Just one of many all around Alliance and our homes.

Why couldn't this joker use Alliance's restrooms?  You can see he just left Alliance Metals (in the background).
